Our Amazing Jake!
Well it is that time again! Another year has passed!
On March 11th we will celebrate the TWO YEAR anniversary of Jake's surgery to remove the seizure focus in his brain at Cleveland Clinic.
I am happy to report that Jake is still doing awesome! He continues to amaze us everyday! We are now in the very happy and somewhat novel position of weaning him off some of his anticonvulsant medications. We are very very thankful.
Epilepsy affects more than 30,000 people in San Diego. With your help the EFSD can continue to offer programs and services to the community and give those afflicted with Epilepsy hope and the opportunity of a more fulfilling and productive life.
