Join us for a fun-filled morning on the bay and help raise awareness about epilepsy! You can support the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County by choosing to Ride, Run, or Walk along a scenic bayside route. When you cross the finish line we will celebrate together with a bayside picnic and family party.
8:45 a.m. FAMILY FUN RIDE or 15-Mile BIKE RIDE: Strap on your helmet and ride your bike from Tecolote Shores Park around scenic Mission Bay and back. Fifteen miles of fun and excitement ~ a SPRINGsational way to start your day!
9:30 a.m. 5K RUN & WALK: Spring into action with this cool walk for charity. You’re in for a sun-kissed morning of fun and fitness, and it’s all for a great cause! Course begins and ends at scenic Tecolote Shores Park, inside Mission Bay Park (1600 E. Mission Bay Drive).
FREE BAYSIDE PICNIC AND BEACH PARTY! Enjoy a morning of music, entertainment, prizes, and fabulous picnic by the bay. There will be a giant inflatable jumper and rock-climbing wall for the kids and look for your favorite characters...you might just see Spiderman, Dora, or Shamu! All proceeds benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County.
